Seeking Justice by M.A. Comley @Melcom1

Book Description:

Time is of the essence to find a missing young mother.

DI Lorne Simpkins and her partner, DS Pete Childs try to solve one of their most complex cases to date.

Having returned to work after completing her maternity leave, Kim Connell is reported missing by her concerned husband when she fails to come home that evening.

The investigation reveals a dark and sinister motive in the search for Kim.

Discover what that motive is by reading Seeking Justice – a fast-paced Justice novella.

My Thoughts:

Lorne and Pete are back in a novella to whet the Justice fans appetite!

It doesn’t matter to much if you haven’t read any of these books but where on earth have you been if you haven’t? Whilst the full length novels may be more up to date with Lorne, I love these shorts as it takes us back to where it all started and we see more of the brilliant working relationship between Pete and Lorne as well as Lorne’s personal life.

If anything this made me want to revisit the series starting from the beginning again. This series is a really gripping and fast paced. The author reminds us of what a talented writer she is as she has created characters the readers really care about and simply can’t get enough of. Not sure how she manages to think up so many crimes to keep everything fresh and interesting but she does and I am constantly counting down the days until she brings her next book out,

Seeking Justice is a page turner of a read that I raced through. It is perfect if you want a quick crime fix but want all the thrills and entertainment from a full length novel. Great read.

Seeking Justice is available to purchase from Amazon. (Please note that link used is an affiliate link).
