21 Days Of Putting On Your Positivity Pants is a great self help book. Even though it’s a relatively short book, it is meant for the reader to read one chapter a day. Each chapter again, is fairly short, with a great positive image and a daily challenge to help with your well being.
I really enjoyed the authors writing style, making this a light and breezy read of which will definitely have an impact on it’s reader. It’s like a self help bible. Something you can keep going back to when you need a little boost or help in your life. A must read for your book shelf.
