Find Her by Sarah A. Denzil @sarahdenzil

Book Description:

Three weddings at one isolated venue. Three dead bodies. Three missing brides… And one of them is a murderer.

It’s Christmas Day at Wilder House, and three magical winter weddings are set to begin. But as the tables are arranged and the food is prepared, a perfect storm hits, cutting every guest from the rest of the world.

Most little girls dream of the perfect wedding. But this bride stumbles alone into the snow, her silk train dragging through dirt, her hands bloody from the murder she just committed…

Now there is at least one killer roaming the unforgiving landscape surrounding Wilder House.

Who else will die on Christmas Day?

This chilling psychological thriller by bestselling author Sarah A. Denzil is not one to miss. Set in the atmospheric Lake District, it’s the perfect winter read.

My Thoughts:

With the recent snow we have been having, this was the perfect time to read this book. Set at Christmas time at a wedding venue, due to the snow, it gives the story a very isolated feel.

The story flicks between three brides, Lucy, Claire and Mila. All are quite different in personalities and all have something much darker going on in their lives which all seems to come to ahead on the day of their weddings. It was intriguing finding out more about these women and their lives and whether they got to say I Do and live happily ever after.

There are more than a few not so nice characters in this story. You can’t help but love hating some of them although one or two are pretty scary and creeped me out. The author sets a great scene to start the story off with that keeps the reader eager to discover more and the weather adds to the mounting tension that sent shivers down my spine

Find Her is an atmospheric page turner with twists upon twists. With so many secrets and lies, it added plenty of thrills throughout. It’s one of those books that you won’t be able to stop at one more chapter as the story gets more thrilling as it goes along and it had me on the edge of my seat. I’ve read the majority of this authors books now and she guarantees a dark and tense read. If you love psychological thrillers and haven’t read any of Sarah A. Denzil’s books yet, you are seriously missing out!
